EMR / EHR Platform Engineer

Description

You'll build the clinical platforms care teams use every day — from charting and orders to e-prescribing and revenue cycle. This is product-grade engineering inside a regulated domain, owned end to end.

Requirements

• 4+ years building complex web applications in production
• Strong TypeScript/React on the front end, solid backend fundamentals
• Comfort designing data models for complex, stateful workflows
• An eye for UX in dense, high-stakes interfaces
• Willingness to go deep on clinical workflow detail

Nice to have

• Prior healthcare or other regulated-industry software
• Experience with HIPAA-aligned architecture
• Familiarity with RCM / billing concepts

Responsibilities

• Ship features across charting, orders, e-prescribing and RCM
• Design scalable, HIPAA-ready architecture from the first commit
• Partner with design on clinical workflow and usability
• Support certification and go-live for client platforms
