United States · Remote

Description

Requirements

  • 4+ years in ML/NLP or applied AI engineering
  • Experience taking models to production, not just notebooks
  • Strong Python and modern LLM tooling
  • Healthy skepticism about accuracy and safety in clinical contexts

Nice to have

  • Clinical NLP, ASR or medical coding experience
  • FHIR familiarity
  • Evaluation / guardrail design for generative systems

Responsibilities

  • Build capture, NLP and note-generation pipelines
  • Design human-in-the-loop review and FHIR write-back
  • Own evaluation, accuracy and safety guardrails
