AST designed and built the respiratory assessment platform TherapyRehab now runs across its national footprint — replacing manual, paper-based screening with a single clinical workflow that scaled to 160+ facilities.
The challenge
Respiratory assessments were captured on paper and in disconnected tools that varied site to site, making it slow to complete a screening and nearly impossible to roll a consistent process out across a growing facility network.
TherapyRehab needed one platform every clinician could use the same way — fast at the bedside, accurate enough for compliance, and able to scale to hundreds of facilities without a proportional increase in admin overhead.
