About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Brand & Communications who can build a brand that feels premium, trusted, and unforgettable.

This isn’t a “posting content” role. This is brand ownership. You’ll define how we look, how we sound, what we stand for, and how the market talks about us. You will lead brand strategy, communications, PR, and messaging across every touchpoint — from marketing to sales to leadership visibility.

Core Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Own the brand vision, positioning, and narrative across all channels

• Define the core messaging architecture (value props, pillars, tone, story)

• Ensure every output reflects a consistent, premium brand standard

Communications & PR

• Lead external communications: announcements, launches, PR, partnerships

• Manage internal communications: alignment across teams, brand clarity inside-out

• Handle crisis communication and reputation protection when needed

Content Direction & Thought Leadership

• Lead content strategy for LinkedIn, website, case studies, newsletters, ads

• Build leadership visibility through storytelling and sharp communication

• Oversee editorial planning and ensure high-quality execution

Cross-Team Leadership

• Work closely with COO/leadership, marketing, design, sales, product teams

• Ensure the brand translates into sales decks, landing pages, proposals, campaigns

• Lead creative direction and push outputs to “premium company” quality

Measurement & Brand Performance

• Track brand health using KPIs: reach, engagement, lead quality, perception signals

• Build a reporting rhythm and improve performance over time

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years experience in Brand, Communications, Marketing, or PR

• Proven ability to build and lead a brand with strong positioning & consistency

• Strong command over storytelling, messaging, and executive communication

• Experience leading teams + managing cross-functional stakeholders

• Strategic mindset with strong execution skills (not just ideas)

• Excellent writing skills in English (clear, confident, sharp)

• Ability to handle fast-paced environments and high ownership roles

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B tech / SaaS / agencies / enterprise services

• Strong portfolio of brands built, repositioned, or scaled

• Experience with LinkedIn growth + executive brand building

• Familiarity with performance marketing alignment (funnels + conversion thinking)

All Star Technology is seeking a talented Graphics Designer cum Video Editor to join our team. As a Graphics Designer cum Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and editing videos that align with our mobile apps, projects, and services. You will work closely with the design team to develop compelling designs and videos that promote our brand across various channels.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with business objectives.
• Create and design visual concepts, graphics, logos, and layouts for a variety of mediums such as behance, Dribbble and Instagram.
• Edit raw video footage into engaging and professional videos that align with our projects and services.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and other visual effects for videos.
• Ensure all designs and videos are consistent with brand guidelines and standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, Design, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphics and motion design.
• Strong portfolio of related projects.
